JOB DESCRIPTION
The TikTok Shop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and growth of clients’ TikTok Shop accounts. The core focus of this role is the technical and commercial management of the shop itself. The Shop Manager collaborates with the Affiliate Manager, who owns the creator affiliate programme end-to-end, and coordinates with the Ads team for paid advertising. Paid ads and GMV Max setup are not part of this role.
Qualifications and experience
• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or equivalent social commerce accounts.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with Data Compass, conversion metrics, and ROI.
• Strong technical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple client shops simultaneously.
• Understanding of the TikTok algorithm, content formats, and live-streaming mechanics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Kalodata, Euka, Claude, or equivalent.
• Strong written communication skills for briefing and client reporting.
Responsibilty
• Shop Account Management
Upload and optimise product listings.
Manage pricing, stock levels, and promotional mechanics (flash sales, bundles, discounts).
Monitor and maintain shop health: ratings, response time, fulfilment rate, and policy compliance.
Track shop performance via TikTok Seller Centre and Data Compass (traffic, conversion, GMV per product).
Register and activate platform campaigns to maximise reach and search ranking.
• Affiliate Collaboration
Serve as the main point of coordination between the shop and the Affiliate Manager.
Align on campaign timing, promotional mechanics, and live strategy with the Affiliate Manager.
Monitor the overall contribution of affiliate activity to shop GMV and performance.
Ensure affiliate campaigns are reflected correctly in shop promotions and product availability.
• Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and coordinate shop campaigns aligned with the TikTok campaign calendar.
Execute live stream setups for conversion (product cards, promotions, co-host monitoring).
Report post-campaign performance against GMV, conversion, and shop KPIs.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay current on TikTok platform updates and algorithm changes; implement learnings.
Maintain and improve SOPs, templates, and tracking sheets.
