JOB DESCRIPTION
The Creator Marketeer works closely with our conceptors to identify and recruit TikTok creators who fit the brand and align their skills with the specific video concepts and help guide the creator to create captivating video content that can be used on our clients' channels or in paid advertising campaigns.
Qualifications and experience
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or content creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's content creator community, trends, and creative formats.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build productive relationships with content creators and conceptors.
• Creative thinking to align content creators' skills and style with specific video concepts under conceptor guidance.
• Collaboration and teamwork capabilities to work effectively with content creators, conceptors, marketing teams, and clients.
• Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple content creator campaigns simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, algorithms, and engagement metrics.
• Legal understanding of influencer marketing agreements, content licensing, and compliance.
Responsibilty
• Creator Identification and Qualification:
Collaborate with our conceptors to identify and qualify TikTok content creators who possess the necessary skills, style, and creative flair that fit the brand and align with the specific video concepts required for each campaign. Translate this into quality creator lists and pairings which are also inline with the client wishes.
• Creator Collaboration:
Work closely with our conceptors and creators so you can ensure that content creators receive clear briefings and guidance. Align tasks for creators to execute on specific video concepts and campaign objectives provided by the conceptors.
• Expand the creator database:
Continuously scout and qualify new content creators for our own creator database. This database is our pool of talented creators that align with skills and values that we can collaborate with for creating good content. The bigger this pool gets, the better our content and more efficiënt we will become.
• Contracting and Compensation:
Collaborate with project managers and content creators to negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements, outlining campaign deliverables, compensation, and usage rights for the created content.
• TikTok Platform Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with TikTok's latest trends, creative formats, and audience behavior to spot new creators
• Relationship Management:
Foster positive and productive relationships with content creators, ensuring their satisfaction with collaborations and encouraging future partnerships.
• Legal and Compliance:
Ensure that all collaborations with content creators adhere to relevant legal requirements, usage rights, and ethical guidelines.
