JOB DESCRIPTION
The Creative Video Conceptor is a vital role within our TikTok agency, responsible for driving the creative direction and script development of engaging TikTok videos. This individual plays a central role in shaping the overall creative vision for TikTok content and ensuring that each video aligns with our clients' objectives and resonates with the TikTok audience.
Qualifications and experience
• Proven experience in creative concept development and scriptwriting for short-form videos, specifically within the social media or digital marketing industry, ideally with a track record of delivering strong organic results.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform trends, user behavior, and short-form video.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Innovative and creative thinking to develop TikTok concepts that stand out and drive engagement and/or sales.
• Knowledge of TikTok video production processes, visuals, and short-form content optimization.
• Collaboration and teamwork capabilities to work effectively with TikTok creators and the Aidem team.
• Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of TikTok advertising opportunities and best practices.
• Agency experience is a big plus.
Responsibilty
• TikTok Concept Development:
Lead the conceptualization and development of well-thought and captivating creative concepts for TikTok videos, considering the platform's trends and audience preferences. As well as writing suitable captions focused on generating engagement or SEO proof. Write and edit scripts tailored to TikTok's short and dynamic format, delivering concise and impactful messaging that resonates with viewers.
• Concept pairing:
Collaborate with our creator marketeer to strategically match your concepts with the most suitable content creators. This synergy ensures the optimal realization of your creative ideas.Collaboration with TikTok Creators: Work closely with TikTok creators, video editors, creator marketeers and your project manager to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless execution of the video content.
• Audience Insights & trendspotting:
Conduct audience research specific to TikTok users to understand their interests and behaviors, integrating these insights into the creative approach.Stay on top of the latest TikTok trends and content formats to incorporate relevant elements into the concepts, enhancing organic reach and engagement.
• Creative Production:
Attend production days to oversee the filming process, ensuring that the creative vision is executed accurately. Act as the creative producer of the concept, guiding the team and making real-time decisions to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Edit Quality Control:
Review and provide feedback on edits to maintain high standards of content quality, ensuring that the content aligns with the agency's brand and client requirements.
• Client Presentations for TikTok:
Present creative concepts and TikTok video ideas to clients, showcasing the strategic vision behind each concept and incorporating client feedback to achieve alignment.
• TikTok Platform Expertise:
Stay well-versed in TikTok's algorithm changes, platform updates, and advertising opportunities to leverage them in the creative concepts and maximize video performance.
